摘　　要：原发性肝癌致病因素的"三因九毒学说"主要包括:①内因三毒(正虚之引毒、情志之心毒、基因之天毒);②外因三毒(六淫之常毒、肝炎之疫毒、环境之癌毒);③不内外因三毒(摄生之积毒、疾病之变毒、药物之副毒)。In order to comprehensively summarize and highly summarize the pathogenic factors of primary liver cancer,in order to guide the clinical treatment, and in order to enrich and develop the theoretical study of Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical about primary liver cancer, we discussed and summarized The theory of three causes and nine kinds of poisons about the pathogenic factors of primary liver cancer：（1）intemal causes and three kinds of poisons（ deficiency of vital qi which would attract poisons,emotions which would cause the poisons of the heart, genes which would bring about Natural toxins） ;（1）external causes and three kinds of poisons （the six external factors which cause diseases which would be part of common toxins, hepatitis virus which would bring about plague poison,the environment which would contain Cancer toxins） ;（3）causes neither internal nor external（ the livelihood which would lead to the accumulations of toxins, the diseases which would change into pathological toxin, the side effects of drugs）, by means of studying the ancient books about TCM and the works about Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical and combining the Clinical observation.
