中药内服治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫临床疗效。方法:将70例符合糖尿病性胃轻瘫诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例,对照组35例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片口服。治疗组给予健脾化湿、疏肝行气中药口服。疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后临床症状,判断疗效。结果:治疗组有效率94.3%,对照组有效率71.4%;两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药内服治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫,标本同治,临床疗效确切。Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of oral medicine diabetic gastroparesis treatment. Methods ：70 patients with diabetic gastroparesis meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group of 35 patients in the control group of 35 patients. The control group received Mosapride oral dispersible tablets. The treatment group received Jianpihuashitang, Liver Qi oral medicine. Course of 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms before and after treatment to determine efficacy. Results ： The treatment group was 94.3 % ;the control group was 71.4%. There are two relatively efficient, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese Herbs treatment of diabetic gastroparesis, specimens wen, clinical curative effect.
