补肾方药诱导BMSCs骨向分化的研究述评

摘　　要：中医学理论认为"肾藏精,主骨生髓",骨的生长与肾关系密切。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)主要存在于骨髓,与肾中精气一样,与人的生长壮老有着密切的关系。目前研究就单味中药及其单体、复方等不同方面探讨了补肾法对BMSCs骨向分化的影响,从"以药证效"的角度一定程度上阐明了"肾主骨生髓"理论的科学内涵,但仍存在一些亟待解决的问题:①补肾复方多采用血清药理学的方法,虽然其可较为客观地反应中药的药效,但成分复杂,其诱导BMSCs骨向分化的机制有待深入研究。②目前研究多集中于自拟方及临床效方,对经典补肾方的研究较少。③对于补肾方药促进成骨分化主要集中在检测一些成骨标志物如碱性磷酸酶、胶原、骨钙素等方面,对其产生具体作用的相关信号通路研究较少,有待于进一步研究。相信随着研究不断地深入,积极寻找有效促进成骨的药物,为中医药现代化及临床治疗提供帮助。Chinese medical theory that ＂ kidney essence, the main bone marrow,＂ the growth of bone and renal close. Mesenchymal stem cells （BMSCs） mainly in the bone marrow, and kidney essence the same, with the growth of strong and old people have a close relationship. Current research on different aspects of single herbs and their monomer compound, etc. to investigate the differentiation of BMSCs kidney method of bone,from the ＂ drug card effect ＂ point to some extent clarified ＂ Kidneys bone marrow ＂ theory scientific connotation,but there are still some problems to be solved： （1）kidney compound multi-use serum pharmacological method, although it may be more objectively reflect the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, but the composition of complex mechanisms which induce osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs needs further study. （2）more focused on current research and clinical self side effect side,few studies on the classic kidney parties. （3） For Kidney Recipe promote osteogenic differentiation focused on the detection of some osteogenic markers such as alkaline phosphatase, collagen, osteocalcin, etc. , few studies related to its role in generating specific signaling pathways, needs further study. I believe that with the continuous in-depth research, actively looking for effective promotion of osteogenesis drugs, assist in the modernization of Chinese medicine and clinical treatment.
