俄空军战略投送能力建设特点与发展趋势及对我军的启示

摘　　要：战略投送能力是国家战略能力的核心内容之一,战略投送力量是形成战略投送能力的主体,建设陆海空"三位一体"的战略投送力量是世界主要军事强国的共同目标。俄罗斯作为老牌军事强国,其空军拥有很强的战略投送能力。通过分析俄空军战略投送力量建设的特点和发展趋势,对加强我军战略投送力量建设提出可行性的建议。The capability of strategic projection is the core of a nation＇s strategy capabilities. The strategy projection of force is the main part of developing strategic projection capability. It is a common objective for major military power to build up strategic projection force based on integration of army, navy and air forces. As a traditional military power, RAF has a powerful strategic projection capability. This paper puts some feasible advices on strengthening our military strategic projection capability through analyzing the status, tendency and characteristics of RAF construction of strategic projection force.
