摘　　要：结合铁路军事运输工作实际,阐述了特种运输和特种装备物资的概念,通过对特种装备物资铁路运输知识库系统和知识库系统核心部分的设计研究,当特种装备物资铁路运输途中发生预警、事故时,通过建立知识库系统,依据存储的相关专业知识、设计的推理能力和获取的应急事件信息,能够快速推理并生成针对此情况下铁路运输途中所应采取的处置方案、处置措施,供决策者参考,以确保迅速采取措施,减少事故的发生。Combing with the actuality of military railway transportation, this paper presents the concepts of special transportation equipment material. Through carrying out overall design research for special equipment materials railway transportation knowledge storehouse system, inference machine and the key partial knowledge storehouse for knowledge storehouse system to carry out the research of detailed design. Its purpose occurs in special equipment materials railway trans- portation, stocks in accident, through the knowledge storehouse system, it can establish the inference ability of related professional knowledge, get emergency incident information, generate handling scheme and measures, which can provide references for decision - maker to take countermeasures and reduce the accidents.
