摘　　要：从体系作战角度出发,运用系统工程和能力论的思想和方法,对装备保障能力进行了维度解构。确定了装备保障能力的基本要素,分析了各要素之间的相互关系,揭示了基于信息系统体系作战装备保障能力的本质和特征。认为装备保障能力是由指挥能力、任务执行能力和信息能力3种能力要素构成的,以指挥能力为核心的装备保障能力体。This paper, based on the system operations, explains the generation of equipment support capability with the system engineering and the capability theory, defines its basic elements, analyzes the relationships among them, and reveals its nature and characteristics. Equipment support capability is formed by command ability, task execution ability and information capability, ability to command ability as the core.
