摘　　要：本文应用计划行为理论,采用问卷调查方法,借助Spss和Amos软件进行数据分析,结果显示,创业态度和创业环境对创业倾向有显著影响,个人背景、个人特质通过创业态度进而影响创业倾向。因此,要提升大学生创业倾向,进而推动大学生创业教育的开展,必须积极培育个人特质,建立创业教育体系,营造良好的创业环境。Application of theory of planned behavior to build the model, using the method questionnaire, with Spss and Amos software for data analysis, the results show that entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment has a significant impact on entrepreneurial orientation, personal background, personal qualities through entrepreneurial attitude thereby affecting entrepreneurial tendencies. Therefore, to enhance the students start tendencies, thus promoting entrepreneurship education college students must actively cultivate personal qualities, build entrepreneurship education system and create a favorable business environment.
