摘 要:钢带连续镀铜生产过程中,由于氰化镀铜镀液工艺θ为55℃,易造成氰化物的分解,碳酸钠沉积,导致镀层疏松、光亮范围小,产生毛刺。利用一种碳酸钠沉积量自动报警装置,自动控制镀液中Na2CO3浓度及钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠。使碳酸钠质量浓度不超过75g/L,实现在线处理碳酸钠,保证了镀液的稳定性,镀层结合力紧密、表面结晶细致均匀。处理后的碳酸钠经过再结晶、提纯,得到纯度99%碳酸钠,添加到化学除油及电解除油溶液中。碳酸钠可再利用,节约了成本。In the process of steel strip continuous copper plating, high temperature of cyanide copper plating bath leads to many disadvantages, such as decomposition of the cyanide, aggradation of sodium carbonate, loose coatings,limited brightness range and burring. In this paper, a kind of automatic alarm device using for the monitoring of sodium carbonate amount was used, which could control the sodium carbonate concentration and disposal the sodium carbonate automatically during the steel strip continuous copper plating. The sodium carbonate concentration would not exceed 75 g/L by using this device, the on-line processing of the sodium carbonate could be realized, the stability of the electrolyte could be ensured and coatings with tight binding force and uniform morphology could also be obtained. Through recrystallization and purification,purity of the sodium carbonate after processing could achieve 99% and could be added into the chemical degreasing and electrochemical degreasing bath. Reuse of the sodium carbonate could make the cost saving come true.
