摘  要:通过对高温合金腐蚀溶液中各组分的分析,优化合理的腐蚀溶液组成配方及腐蚀时间,达到加强工艺过程质量控制的目的.以镍基高温合金腐蚀溶液中镍离子为分析对象,采用EDTA容量法对腐蚀溶液进行分析,该方法有较高的准确度和精密度,相对标准偏差0.88%,回收率在99.1%~102.0%之间,能指导工艺对腐蚀溶液性能进行监控.Reasonable etching solution composition formula and etching time for superalloy were optimized by analyzing the etching solution composition, thereby, the process quality control purpose was reached. Taking nickel ions in etching solution as the object being analyzed and using EDTA volumetric method to analyze the etching solution. Results showed that this method had higher accuracy and precision, the relative standard deviation was 0.88% and recovery ratio was 99. 1% - 102.0%, thus, this method could guiding the process to monitor the etching solution performance.
