摘 要:针对某型货车驾驶室,通过模拟驾驶室的实际受载情况,建立了该驾驶室白车身静刚度测试系统.利用数字测量方法和白车身刚度的力学公式,试验和分析得到的结果表明,该测试系统方案合理有效,试验数据重复性和对称性好.通过测试分析该驾驶室扭转和弯曲刚度,得到了驾驶室扭转和弯曲工况下各测点的变形情况和静刚度特征,为该驾驶室的研发建立了基础数据.Aiming at a certain type of truck cab , this cab/body-in-white static stiffness test & meas-urement system was established through simulating the actual loading situation of the cab .Using digital measur-ing method and white body mechanics formula of stiffness , the test and analysis results show that the scheme and principle of measuring system are reasonable and effective and the repeatability and symmetry of test data are good .Through testing and analyzing the bending and twisting conditions of this cab , the deformation status of the measurement points and the overall characteristics of static stiffness were obtained , by which the basic data was got for further research and development .
