摘 要:路面积雪结冰给交通和行车安全造成严重威胁,我国研制的冰雪清除机械存在较多缺点,设计了一种冰雪除净率高、工作效率高、避障性能优越的新型破冰除雪机势在必行.本文根据路面冰雪的物理特性分析了破冰除雪的原理.以此为入手点结合Pro/E三维仿真技术设计了破冰机构和新型破冰除雪机,并通过理论计算获得除雪机所需功率.通过试验研究了除雪机的性能,试验表明在除雪速度为8 km/h以下时,除净率在90%以上,避障性能较好,并得出破冰除雪机的除净率随车速及避障高度的增加均呈现下降趋势.Snow ice road poses a serious threat to traffic and road safety .Removing snow and ice machine developed in our country has a lot of drawbacks .To design a high efficiency and superior performance icebreak-ing avoidance snowplow machine is imperative .This paper analyzed the principle of the theory of snow removing and ice breaking based on physical characteristic analysis of pavement snow .An ice-breaking agency and a new ice-snow blower was designed based on Pro/E three -dimensional simulation technology and the principle of the theory .The power needed for the snow blower was computed .The performance of snow blower was studied through experiment .Tests show that when the speed is under 8 km/h, the snow clearance rate is higher than 90% percent, and this machine has better avoidance performance .When icebreaking snowplow's speed and a-voidance height increases the snow clearance rate of icebreaking snowplow shows a downward trend .
