针灸治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将62例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为58.1%和96.8%,对照组分别为25.8%和80.6%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸是一种治疗原发性痛经的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method Sixty-two patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 31 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture-moxibustion, while the control group was by oral administration of Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule. The therapeutic efficacies were evaluated after 3 treatment courses. Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 58.1% and 96.8% in the treatment group versus 25.8% and 80.6% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion is an effective method in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
