摘 要:用蒙特卡罗程序EGSnrc/DOSRZnrc模拟计算放射治疗MeV小野光子束照射下InLightTMDot和TLD-500 Al2O3:C剂量计的吸收剂量,研究剂量计大小、入射束能量及射野大小、剂量计在水体模中的深度等因素对吸收剂量的影响。结果表明,剂量计的吸收剂量比剂量计相应位置上水的吸收剂量小,不同剂量计的吸收剂量并不一样,InLightTMDot剂量计的吸收剂量比率因子比TLD-500的大。吸收剂量比率因子与射野大小以及剂量计在水体模中的深度等因素也有关,但这些因素对InLightTM剂量计吸收剂量比率因子的影响比对TLD-500剂量计的影响小。The EGSnrc /DOSRZnrc Monte Carlo program was used to simulate the absorbed dose to the In-Light TM Dot and the TLD -500 Al2 O3:C dosimeters in the small filed MeV radiotherapy photon beams .The effects of the dimensions of the dosimeter , the field size and the beam quality of the incident beams , as well as the depth of the dosimeter in the water phantom on the absorbed dose were evaluated .Results show that the ab-sorbed dose to the dosimeter is less than that to the equivalent water volume , the absorbed dose to the InLight TM Dot dosimeter is different from that to the TLD -500 dosimeter, and the absorbed dose ratio factor f wd for the In-LightTM dosimeter is larger than that for the TLD -500 dosimeter.The fwd also depends on the field size of the incident photon beams and the depth of the dosimeter in the water phantom , but the effects of the field size and the depth on the fwd for the InLightTM Dot dosimeter are smaller than that for the TLD -500 dosimeter.
