摘　　要：在综述国内外临床决策支持系统（CDSS）研究和应用现状之后,基于CDSS的分类、构成和当下遇到的主要问题,提出了基于知识库的临床决策支持系统构建模式,并分别从架构、原则、流程、知识库建设、系统设计及应用价值等多方面进行了概述,最后将理论规划在“万方数据临床诊疗知识库”的产品开发中实践应用.Based on a review of research and application of the clinical decision support system （CDSS） at home and abroad,a KB-CDSS building model is proposed.The authors rounded up the architecture,principle,process,construction of the knowledge base,system design and application value of the system.In the end,the paper introduced the application of ＆quot;WanFang Data Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Knowledge Base＆quot;.
