不同品种细辛酒糊外用对大鼠外伤性血瘀模型的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨外用细辛对大鼠外伤性血瘀模型的影响。方法用铁杵击大鼠右后肢软组织,造成外伤性血瘀模型,观察高、低剂量细辛酒糊对外伤性血瘀模型大鼠受损组织症状积分、右后肢周长变化、血液流变学及病理变化的影响。结果与模型组比较,高、低剂量细辛酒糊组可明显降低大鼠损伤症状积分,显著减轻右后肢的肿胀,明显改善血液流变学指标,显著改善动物的病理组织损伤。结论细辛酒糊外用对大鼠外伤性血瘀模型有很好的疗效,提示细辛外用具有消肿功能。OBJECTIVE To explore the external curative effect of Asari Radix et Rhizoma wine paste in rat traumatic blood stasis model. METHODS Traumatic blood stasis rat model was established by iron pestle stroked on the right lower limb soft tissue of rats. Symptom scores of damaged tissue, perimeter change of the wounded limb, hemorheology and pathological changes were measured to observe the external curative effect of high- and low-dose of Asari Radix et Rhizoma on traumatic blood stasis rat model. RESULTS Compared with model group, high- and low-dose of Asari Radix et Rhizoma can significantly decrease the symptom scores of damaged tissue, significantly improve the right hind leg swelling, obviously improve hemorheology, also significantly repair pathological tissue damage. CONCLUSION Asari Radix et Rhizoma wine paste has remarkable external curative effect in rat traumatic blood stasis model. Prompt Asari Radix et Rhizoma external use has detumescence function.
