摘 要:以华南典型赤红壤地区近5年内的新垦旱地和普通旱地为研究对象,采用非对称T检验及主成分分析等研究方法,探讨了不同熟化程度下旱地理化及酶活性的差异。结果表明:新垦旱地土壤pH显著低于普通旱地0.61个单位(P=0.02);与普通旱地相比,新垦旱地土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、碱解氮及速效磷含量分别显著降低31.05%、44.13%、55.97%、49.68%和74.94%;新垦旱地土壤过氧化氢酶及脲酶活性显著低于普通旱地,而蔗糖酶和磷酸酶则差异不显著;主成分分析结果显示:普通旱地和新垦旱地土壤理化及酶活性综合差异达极显著水平,相关分析结果显示:土壤酶活性与主要肥力指标密切相关。In order to explore the physical, chemical and enzyme differences of soil with different maturation degrees,new cultivated(last five years) and ordinary dry land were studied in the lateritic red soil region of southern China, and asymmetric T-test and principal component analysis were used. The results showed that the pH value of new cultivated dry land was significantly lower than ordinary by 0.61 units(P =0.02); New cultivated dry land significantly decreased by31.05%, 44.13%, 55.97%, 49.68% and 74.94% in soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, nitrogen and available phosphorus contents compared to ordinary dry land; New cultivated dry land had significantly lower soil Catalase and Urease activity than ordinary, while their invertase and phosphatase were not significantly different. Principal component analysis showed that comprehensive difference of the physical, chemical and enzyme index was significant between the ordinary and new cultivated dry land. Correlation analysis showed that soil enzyme activity and fertility indicators were closely related.
