鼠神经生长因子治疗病毒性脑炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼠神经生长因子在病毒性脑炎合并中枢神经系统损害中的作用。方法收集中国人民解放军第181医院儿科2011年1月-2013年5月收治的86例病毒性脑炎合并中枢神经系统损害的患儿的临床资料，采用回顾性分析患儿临床特点的方法总结其特点，根据患儿家长是否同意用鼠神经生长因子营养脑细胞治疗分为2组，治疗组52例，对照组34例，用体温降至正常时间、抽搐控制时间等统一标准比较2组的疗效。结果经治疗后治疗组、对照组患儿体温降至正常时间分别是[（4.5±0.78）d，（4.8±0.93）d]、抽搐控制时间分别是[（5.8±0.28）d，（6.94±0.36）d]、昏迷转清醒时间分别是[（3.2±1.23）d，（4.5±1.78）d]、肢体运动障碍恢复时间分别是[（9.05±2.56）d，（12.5±3.56）d]、脑电图恢复正常时间分别是[（15.8±2.6）d，（17.8±3.56）d]、影像学正常时间分别是[（14.3±1.56）d，（15.9±3.56）d]，进行统计t检验，除体温降至正常时间无统计学意义外，其它2组疗效有显著性差异（〈0.01）。结论鼠神经生长因子应用于病毒性脑炎合并中枢神经系统损害患儿时，有益于改善患儿的中枢神经损害的转归，且无不良反应。Objective To explore the role of mouse nerve growth factor （mNGF） in viral encephalitis（VE） complicated with central nervous system damage. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 86 patients with VE complicated with central nervous system damage in 181 st Hospital of Chinese People’Liberation Army from January to May 2011,of which 52 patients were treated with mNGF 34 were in control. Results After the treatment ,the time of the children patients’temperature falling down to the normal is different [（4.5±0.78）d,（4.8±0.93）d];The time of controlling the convulsion is [（5.8±0.28）d,（6.94±0.36）d];The children patients in different groups spend different time coming back to life [（3.2±1.23） d,（4.5±1.78）d];The time of recovering of the muscle strength is [（9.05±2.56）d,（12.5±3.56）d];The time of returning of the brain wave is [（15.8±2.6） d,（17.8±3.56）d];Normal imaging time is [（14.3±1.56）d,（15.9±3.56）d],Taking the T test ,except that the time of the children patients’temperature falling down to the normal Is not statistically significant. There being the significant difference （〈0.01）in the result of the two groups. Conclusion Application of mouse nerve growth factor can benefit obviously the treatment of viral encephalitis （VE） complicated with central nervous system damage and has no side effect.
