摘　　要：文中采用问卷调查的方式,对大理古城民居客栈的入住游客进行调查。利用SPSS对调查结果进行数理统计,并结合结构方程理论分析了影响游客主客交互行为的动机因素、环境因素、障碍因素、情感因素。从分析结果可以看出,各因素对游客主客交互机会和效应的影响程度不同,总体来说,大理古城民居客栈具备良好的主客交互基础。The paper investigated stay tourists in residential lodges of Dali old town by questionnaire, then used SPSS to do mathematical statistics, and combined with the theory of structural equation to analyze the factors of motivation, environment, obstacle and emotion which affect the host-tourist interaction behavior to tourists. As can be seen from the analysis results, the impact of various factors on the host-tourist interaction to tourists is not in general. Allover, the residential lodges of Dali old town has a good host-tourist interaction foundation.
