摘 要:介绍了常用的园区面积类比法、废水排放系数经验公式法、单位产品产排污系数、单位工业总产值废水排放量指标用于工业园区废水量预测。以某化学工业园区为例,应用前述4种方法预测该园区废水量,结果依次为6.10万m3/d、5.94万m3/d、4.73万m3/d、3.96万m3/d。并根据预测结果总结了几种方法的特点与适用性,面积类比法可快速确定园区废水量,废水排放系数法可用于规划园区污水管网,单位产品产排污系数法可较准确地预测废水量以确定废水处理厂分期建设规模,单位工业总产值废水排放量指标法预测结果可指导创建生态工业园区。In this paper, the four kinds of methods used in prediction for wastewater discharge in industrial park were introduced, such as area comparison, wastewater discharge coefficient em- prical formulas, emission factor per unit of product and wastewater discharge per unit of total industrial output value. Take the case of a chemical industry park for example, four kinds of methods were used to predict the wastewater discharge in the chemical industry park, and the predicted results were 6. 10×104 ma/d, 5. 94×104 ma/d, 4. 73×104 m4/d, and 3. 96×104 m3/d, respectively. The characteristics of each method and its applied situation were analyzed according to the results. It showed that area comparison method could quickly determine the wastewater treatment plant scale; wastewater discharge coefficient method could be used for planning the wastewater pipe network; method on emission factor per unit of product can accurately predict the wastewater discharge and arrange stage of wastewater treatment plant; method on wastewater discharge per unit of total industrial output value would be guide to create eco-industrial park.
