高效液相色谱法测定降逆化积口服液中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定降逆化积口服液中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量。方法：色谱柱：Phenomenex C18柱,流动相：乙腈―0.085%磷酸溶液（15：85）,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温：室温,检测波长：225nm。结果：木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯进样量分别在1.581μg·mL-1~15.81μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）,2.25μg·mL-1~22.5μg·mL-1（r=0.9996）,范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率（n=9）分别为98.78%、98.81%、。结论：建立了HPLC测定木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯的含量,提供了更好的控制该药质量的方法。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the Simultaneous determination of the Contents of Costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone in JiangNiHuaJi Oral liquid Methods The column C18 was used with CAN-0.085%H3PO4mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml.min-1,the column temperature was Room Temperature and the detection wavelength was at 225 nm.ResultsThe calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.581μg·mL-1~15.81μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）fo Costunolide;2.25μg·mL-1~22.5μg·mL-1（r=0.9996）for Dehydrocostuslactone;The average recovery（n=9）of the three components in JiangNiHuaJi Oral liquid were98.78%and98.81%.Conclusion The mothod is specific,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control.
