摘　　要：目的了解重庆市北碚区高血压社区规范化管理效果。方法用多阶段随机抽样方法选取4个抽样点,每个点按年龄、性别比各抽取2010年新确诊的高血压病例75名,共计300名。完成基线调查后,由医务人员对研究对象进行每季度一次的健康强化干预,4次干预结束后,再次进行问卷调查及身体指标测定。结果规范化管理后,患者的高血压相关防治知识知晓率提高,服药依从性提高,控制满意率提高,收缩压和舒张压有所降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);日运动量、日摄入食盐量和日摄入油量的干预效果分别为:-19.00%(P<0.05),-10.00%(P<0.05),-75.00%(P<0.05),较管理前有所改善;但是吸烟、饮酒和体重控制不明显(P>0.05)。结论规范化管理可以促使患者摒弃不良生活习惯,显著改善患者血压控制情况。Objective To determine the effects of community-based standardized blood pressure management programs on the control of hypertension in Beibei district. Methods 300 hypertensive patients were surveyed who were selected from 4 sampling points with stratified cluster sampling method according to the age and gender. The research on health strengthening intervention was carried out quarterly by medical staff after baseline survey. Questionnaire survey and measurement of physical indicators were conducted once again after 4 times of intervention. Results After the standardization management, the levels of prevention and hypertension related knowledge of controlling hypertension, medication compliance and satisfaction of blood pressure control were improved, while systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were both reduced. The effects of intervention of daily exercise, intake of salt and soil was -19.00% （P〈0.05）, -10.00% （P〈0.05）, -75.00% （P〈0.05）, respectively. There was a significant difference in the average awareness rate, medication compliance and satisfaction of blood pressure control after standardized intervention. However, there was no significant difference in the smoking, driving and weight （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The standardized management could make patients of hypertension get rid of the bad habits, improve blood pressure control.
