摘　　要：目的了解河南省医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告质量现况,为制定针对性传染病疫情信息报告管理措施提供理论依据。方法采用多级抽样方法在全省范围内抽取60家医疗机构开展调查。结果全省医疗机构传染病总漏报率为3.18%,乙类传染病漏报率为2.59%,丙类传染病漏报率为3.77%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.606,P=0.436);各类医疗机构间漏报率差异无统计学意义(P=0.164 2);门诊和住院部的漏报率分别为2.73%和4.14%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.747,P=0.387);全省总体及时报告率为95.95%,各类医疗机构间差异无统计学意义(P=0.876 6);个案信息的完整率、准确率和一致率分别为91.84%、80.42%和83.68%,其中医院和卫生院的完整率差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.935,P=0.000)。结论河南省医疗机构法定传染病疫情信息报告工作仍存在不少问题,各地应采用各种措施和手段进一步提高报告质量。Objective To know the reporting quality of notifiable communicable diseases in medical institutions in Henan Province, and to provide a theoretical basis for targeted management measures. Methods Based on multistage sampling, 60 medical institutions were investigated in Henan Province. Results The average missing report rate of notifiable communicable diseases was 3.18 % in medical institutions in Henan Province. The missing report rate of class B and C notifiable communicable diseases was 2.59% and 3.77% respectively, and there was no significant difference （x2=0.606, P=0.436）. The missing report rates among various medical institutions had no significant difference （P=0.164 2）; The missing report rate in departments of outpatient and inpatient was 2.73% and 4.14%, respectively, and there was no significant difference （x2=0.747, P=0.387）. The rate of timely reporting was 95.95%, and there was no significant difference among various medical institutions （P=0.876 6）. The rate of integrity, accuracy and consistency was 91.84%, 80.42% and 83.68%, respectively, and the rates of integrity were significantly different between hospitals and health centers （x2=13.935, P=0.000）. Conclusion There are still some problems in the quality of the reporting in medical institutions in Henan Province, and it is still necessary to conduct various measures and methods for the further improvement.
