摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群与同型半胱氨酸及叶酸水平的相关性。方法收集122例乳腺疾病患者和50例健康体检女性的血液,用流式细胞术、循环酶法和化学发光免疫分析法分别检测T淋巴细胞亚群、同型半胱氨酸及叶酸水平。结果乳腺癌组与乳腺良性病变组及对照组之间的T淋巴细胞亚群及血清Hcy、叶酸比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而乳腺良性病变组与对照组的T淋巴细胞亚群及血清Hcy、叶酸之间的比较,其差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乳腺癌患者中,Hcy与叶酸之间、Hcy与CD3+CD8+细胞之间、叶酸与CD3+CD8+细胞之间,以及T淋巴细胞亚群相互间,其相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而Hcy与CD3+细胞及CD3+CD4+细胞之间、以及叶酸与CD3+细胞及CD3+CD4+细胞之间的相关性差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者进行T淋巴细胞亚群、Hcy及叶酸的联合分析,了解其叶酸的代谢和机体免疫功能状况,对术后及时补充叶酸及提高机体免疫力,预防癌症复发有重要意义。Objective To investigate the correlation of T lymphocyte subsets, homocysteine (Hcy) and folic acid levels in patients with breast cancer. Methods CFflow cytometry, enzymatic cycling and chemiluminescence immunoassay were used to test T lymphocyte subsets, homocysteine and folate levels. Results Comparing the T lymphocyte subsets, serum Hcy and folate levels of the breast cancer group, the benign breast disease group and the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). However, comparing the T lymphocyte subsets, serum Hcy and folate levels of the benign breast disease group and the control group, the differences were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). In the group of breast cancer patients, the correlations between Hey and folate, between Hcy and CD3+CD8+ cells, between folate and CD3+CD8+ cells, and between each other of T lymphocyte subsets were all statistically significant (P〈0.05). However, the correlations between Hcy and CD3+ cells, between Hcy and CD3+CD4+ cells were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The correlations between folate and CD3+ cells, between folate and CD3+CD4+ cells were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Through the analysis with T-lymphocyte subsets, Hcy and folic acid of breast cancer patients, the metabolism of folic acid and immune function status is understood. It is important for timely folic acid supplementation after operation, enhancement of the immune immunity and prevention of cancer recurrence.
