hTERT和HPV16/18E6蛋白表达与宫颈病变的关系及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)和人乳头状瘤病毒16/18型E6蛋白(HPV16/18E6蛋白)表达与宫颈病变之间的关系及意义。方法:通过免疫组化SupervisionTM二步法检测宫颈病变中hTERT及HPV16/18E6蛋白的表达。结果:hTERT和HPV16/18E6蛋白表达均随宫颈病变严重程度增加而增加,且与病变级别呈正相关(r=0.475,r=0.416,均P<0.05);hTERT与HPV16/18E6蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.372,P<0.05)。结论:hTERT及HPV16/18E6蛋白参与宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的发生,两者具有一定的相关性。Objective：To investigate the relationships between the expression of hTERT and HPV16/18E6 protein and cervical lesions and their clinical significance.Methods：Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the protein expression of hTERT and HPV16/18 E6 in samples of different cervical diseases.Results：The expression of hTERT and HPV16/18/ E6 protein increased with the deterioration of disease （r=0.475 andr =0.416,P 〈0.05）.A positive correlation was also found between the expression of hTERT and HPV16/18E6 protein （r =0.372,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：HTERTandHPV16/18E6 protein play important roles in the tumorigenesis and progression of cervical cancer.
