摘  要:大型超临界机组给水控制工艺复杂,控制回路之间相互耦合,存在干湿态控制工艺转换等问题,造成全程给水自动控制难度较大,设计基于自启停APS控制方式,通过优化APS设备级的顺序控制、功能组级的模拟量控制,设计自举投自动方式,实现了超临界机组全程给水控制要求,进一步提高了控制品质,实现机组安全稳定运行。The water supply system in large capacity supercritical units has complicated control process. The coupled control circuits cause the transfer problems of dry and wet condition control process, which lead to big trouble during the whole-process water supply automatic control. Through optimizing the sequence control of Automatic Power Plant Start-Up and Shutdown (APS) equipment and the analogue control of the functional group, the start-up and shutdown APS control mode has been developed. The bootstrap-to-automation mode has been designed to realize the requirements of the whole-process water supply in supercritical units. It further promotes the control quality and achieves safe and stable operation of the unit.
