摘  要:将自制的聚醚改性有机硅柔软剂应用于织物的易去污整理,分别采用黑色、白色的纯棉及涤棉混纺织物进行对比试验,研究了织物易去污性能的影响因素。织物易去污等级评定结果表明:有机硅柔软剂的引入对织物易去污性能有明显的改善,随着其用量的增加,织物易去污性能逐渐提高,随后趋于平衡;黑色、白色纯棉织物及涤棉混纺织物的易去污等级均随着水洗次数的增加而逐渐降低,且颜色对同成分织物的易去污性能具有较大影响。该整理剂整理后对白色纯棉织物和黑色、白色涤棉混纺织物的纬向撕破强力影响较小,对黑色纯棉织物的纬向撕破强力损伤较大。The homemade polyether-modified silicone softener was used in soil release finishing of fabrics. Influencing factors of soil release property of the fabrics were studied using black or white cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics as comparative experiments. Results of soil release grade show that the soil release property of the fabrics can be significantly improved using the novel silicone softener. And the soil release property gradually increases with increasing the silicone softener concentration, and then tends to balance. The soil release grade of both black or white cotton and polyester/cotton fabric reduces gradually with the increase of washing times. And color makes a great impact on soil release property of fabrics with the same ingredients. The weft tear strength of the white cotton and black or white polyester/cotton fabrics declines slightly after finishing, while that of the black cotton fabric decreases greatly.
