牛黄清痔栓主要药效学及急性毒性试验

摘　　要：目的:考察牛黄清痔栓的主要药效作用及急性毒性。方法:通过体外抗菌试验、二甲苯致耳廓肿胀法、醋酸致局部溃疡法、热板镇痛法、小鼠断尾出血时间测定法考察牛黄清痔栓的抗菌、抗炎、促溃疡修复、镇痛、止血作用,并评价药物的急性毒性。结果:牛黄清痔栓对多种菌有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用,能显著减轻耳廓肿胀,明显促进局部溃疡的愈合,增加小鼠痛阈,缩短小鼠断尾出血时间;LD50无法求出,急性毒性较小。结论:牛黄清痔栓具有明显的抗菌、抗炎、促溃疡修复、镇痛、止血作用,且毒性较小。OBJECTIVE To investigate the main pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity of Niuhuang Qingzhi suppository. METHODS Animal models, such as xylene-induced ear edema, acetic acid-induced local ulcer, analgesia on hot-plate test, tail bleeding time in mice assay, were employed to evaluate the main pharmacodynamic effects of Niuhuang Qingzhi suppository. In vitro antibacterial test and the acute toxicity were also studied. RESULTS Niuhuang Qingzhi suppository possessed strong bac- teriostatic and bactericidal effects, and could obviously relieve ear edema, promote local ulcer healing, increase pain threshold and shorten tail bleeding time in mice. CONCLUSION Niuhuang Qingzhi suppository possessed effects of antibacterial, antiin- flammatory, ulcer repair promoting, analgesic, hemostasis, and minor toxicity.
