布地奈德喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的不良反应分析及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察布地奈德喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎过程中不良反应情况及临床疗效。方法:对某院收治的160例确诊的过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予伯克纳喷鼻治疗,观察组给予布地奈德喷鼻治疗,在治疗前、治疗2周后及治疗4周后分别记录不良反应发生情况,包括血常规及肝肾功能的检查、不良反应愈后情况;临床疗效方面测定治疗前后血清IgE与LTE4水平变化情况,并对鼻部症状改善情况进行评分。结果:布地奈德喷鼻治疗过敏性鼻炎能有效降低血清IgE与LTE4水平,起效快于伯克纳喷鼻剂,不良反应主要是皮肤过敏和口咽部的真菌感染。结论:过敏性鼻炎患者给予布地奈德喷鼻治疗效果明显,但须在临床过程中注意不良反应情况。OBJECTIVE To observe the adverse reactions and clinical curative effect of budesonide nasal spray in the process of the treatment of allergic rhinitis.METHODS 160 cases of our hospital diagnosed patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group： the control group was given with Burke nasal spray treatment, while the observation group was given budesonide nasal spray treatment. The adverse reactions occurred were recorded before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment respectively, including routine blood and liver and kidney function checks, body organs situations, etc. Clinical curative effects were compared before and after treatment including serum IgE and LTE4 level, the improvement rate of nasal symptoms. RE- SULTS Budesonide nasal spray for treatment of allergic rhinitis could effectively reduce the level of serum IgE and LTFA, and its effect was faster than that of Burke nasal spray. The adverse reactions mainly were skin allergy and ompharyngeal fungal infection. CON- CLUSION The therapeutic effect of budesonide nasal spray for allergic rhinitis patients is obvious, but must pay attention to its ad- verse reactions in the process of treatment.
