摘　　要：科技期刊标准化和规范化是网络化、数字化的需要。网络化、数字化是科技期刊发展的必由之路。科技期刊标准化和规范化的核心是科技论文的标准化和规范化。实现科技论文标准化和规范化,仅靠编辑的严格把关和精心加工是远远不够的,还需要编辑在作者撰写和修改论文的过程中给予引导和指导。The standardization and normalization of scientific journals are requested by networking and digitalization; also, networking and digitalization is a only way to the development of journals. The core of standardization and normalization of scientific journals is standardization and normalization of scientific papers. To realize standardization and normalization of scientific papers, the editors not only need to make efforts on reviewing and editing, but also have to provide guidance and advice during the author＇s process of writing and revising the article.
