太湖上游地区规模化以下畜禽养殖废水污染治理的研究

摘　　要：在太湖上游地区的武进、宜兴和溧阳地区,规模化以下畜禽养殖废水基本不做处理,直接排放到环境中,对太湖水安全有严重的危害。要改变这种现状,畜牧部门要积极引导养殖场(户)建立标准化的畜禽养殖场、养殖小区,提供技术指导服务,要严格动物防疫条件;环保部门要严格畜禽养殖场(户)的环保审批,提供污染治理技术指导;农业部门要指导好有机肥的规范生产和沼气建设利用;其他相关部门要充分发挥职能作用,密切配合,共同推进畜禽养殖污染整治工作。Livestock and poultry breeding wastewater, in Wujin, Yixing and Liyang in Taihu Lake upstream area, is directly discharged without being treated, seriously damaging the water. To improve this situation, farming department should en- courage farmers to build standardized livestock and poultry farms, provide technology suggestion, and effectively prevent chol- era diseases. Environment protection department should be stringent with the examination and approval of environment protec- tion of the farms, and provide guides of combating pollution. Department of agriculture should regulate the production of or- ganic manures and the use of biogas. And other relevant departments should fulfill their functions so as to make their contribu- tion in this regard.
