摘　　要：目的探讨半夏泻心汤对消化性溃疡相关性睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法将64例失眠症患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例,采用半夏泻心汤加味治疗;对照组32例采用艾司唑仑治疗。采用PSQI中文定式问卷评定疗效。结果两组治疗后PSQI睡眠指标均较治疗前改善,治疗组的有效率、睡眠质量满意率均高于对照组。结论半夏泻心汤可有效治疗消化性溃疡相关性睡眠障碍。Objective Observe the curative effect of banxiaxiexin prescription on sleep disorder in peptic ulcer patients. Methods 64 cases peptic ulcer patient with sleep disorder were divided randomly into 2 groups. Treatment group was treated by banxiaxiexin prescription, control group was treated by Estazolam. And assessed by PSQI. Results The scores of PSQI in 2 groups have decreased, but the effective rate and the satisfaction rate in treatment group are higher than that in control group. Conclusion Banxiaxiexin prescription can treat sleep disorder in peptic ulcer patient effectively.
