摘 要:单一低透气性突出煤层的区域防突问题一直是一个技术难题。本文以大平煤矿为例,通过实施"水力压裂—水力冲孔—孔间压裂—二次冲孔"多重水力卸压增透技术,并经过现场试验检验了该技术的区域防突效果。现场试验结果表明:多重水力卸压增透技术使单一突出煤层的卸压效果更均衡,钻孔初始瓦斯抽采流量是采取单独水力冲孔措施的2.15倍,是不采取卸压措施的28倍;预抽消突达标时间缩短至6个月以内,并消除了单纯采用水力冲孔措施的卸压效果不均衡、存在局部应力集中的现象,区域防突效果明显。The regional outburst prevention issue for single low permeability outburst coal seam is a techni- cal problem. This paper takes Daping Coal Mine as an example and carries out hydraulic fracturing-hydrau- lic punching-second punching for multiple pressure relief and increasing permeability. The field test shows that the effect of multiple hydraulic pressure relief technique is more balanced than the effect of single pres- sure relief technique,and the initial drainage gas flow of borehole is 2.15 times of the flow of separate hy- draulic punching measure,and 9,8 times of the flow of the measures without pressure relief. The standard time of gas pre-drainage to eliminate the outburst is shortened to within 6 months. The unbalanced pressure relief effect and the phenomenon of local stress concentration caused by the only use of single hydraulic punching measure are eliminated,and the regional outburst prevention effect is obvious.
