摘 要:采用静态失重法、极化曲线法和电化学交流阻抗法,研究了3种烷基链长的1-氨乙基-2-烷基咪唑啉季铵盐的缓蚀性能,综合分析了烷基碳链长度对其缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,烷基咪唑啉季铵盐的缓蚀性能随温度的升高而降低,属于混合型缓蚀剂,其吸附作用机理为负催化效应,非极性基团的疏水隔离作用对缓蚀性能的影响非常小。The inhibitor performance of three 1-aminoethyl-2-alky-imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt with different chain length of alkyl-group were evaluated by static weight loss method and polarization test,the inhibitor mechanism of them was studied by polarization curve and EIS analyses,and the effect of alkyl-group chain length on inhibitor performance was summarized. The results indicated that imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was mix-typed inhibitor and its inhibitor performance decreased with the in-crease of temperature,the adsorption of inhibitor molecular on metal can produce negative catalytic effect, the isolation effect of alkyl-group had slight influence on inhibitor performance.
