摘 要:传统的酚醛凝胶体系中聚合物与交联剂的使用浓度较大,耐盐性不强,稳定性差,调剖有效期短。对HPAM-酚醛调剖剂引入自制的辅助交联剂,研究体系各组分对凝胶粘度的影响。结果表明,该体系的最优配方为:0.15%HPAM+0.03%乌洛托品+0.020%间苯二酚+0.03%复合辅助交联剂+0.2%氯化铵。模拟油藏实验证明,该体系具有较好的抗盐性,且凝胶结构稳定。在矿化度为88 000 mg/L,温度为60℃下放置1个月,粘度约为30 000 mPa·s,不脱水。In the traditional phenolic gel system,the concentration of polymer and crosslinking are large doses,low resistance to salt solution,poor stability and short effective period of profile control. For HPAM-phenolic profile agent into homemade auxiliary crosslinking agent,the impact of each component of the system on the gel viscosity was studied. The result shows that the optimal formula are as follows:0. 15%HPAM + 0. 03% methenamine + 0. 020% resorcinol + 0. 03% auxiliary crosslinking agent + 0. 2% ammoni-um chloride. The simulations of reservoir experiments demonstrate that this weak gel system has a better brine tolerance and stable structure. When the weak gel is set 1 month in the circumstance of 88 000 mg/ L salinity and 60 ℃,the viscosity of weak gel is about 30 000 mPa·s and no water precipitated.
