摘 要:以4-硝基苯酚为模板,通过正硅酸乙酯水解,制备了分子印迹聚硅氧烷微球,以紫外光谱考察了分子印迹聚硅氧烷微球对4-硝基甲苯的吸附行为,研究了以65%硝酸为硝化剂,分子印迹聚硅氧烷微球催化甲苯硝化的特性,并对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明,分子印迹聚硅氧烷微球可选择性的催化甲苯硝化,在优化条件下,甲苯转化率可达91.2%,产物O/P值可达1.37。Molecularly imprinted polysiloxane microspheres were synthesized by hydrolysis of ethyl silicate with 4-nitrophenol as a template. The adsorption of 4-nitrotoluen on molecularly imprinted polysiloxane microspheres were detected by UV. The characteristic catalytic nitration of toluene with molecularly im-printed polysiloxane microspheres was studied and optimal reaction conditions were defined,using 65%HNO3 as nitration reagent. The result showed that the nitration of toluene was selective catalyzed by mo-lecularly imprinted polysiloxane microspheres,the conversion of toluene was 91. 2% ,and the O/ P value of products reached up to 1. 37 on optimal conditions.
