固相萃取技术在复方草珊瑚含片中异嗪皮啶定量分析中的应用研究

摘  要:使用高效液相色谱紫外检测手段,在药典的基础上对复方草珊瑚含片中异嗪皮啶含量测定方法进行了改善,建立了一种基于固相萃取预处理技术的中药制剂含量测定方法,优化提取条件、固相萃取预处理方法、液相条件,并进行了方法学验证。结果表明,使用本方法测定的复方草珊瑚含片中的异嗪皮啶平均加样回收率在96.1%~101.1%,RSD 值为1.5%,日内精密度0.9%,日间精密度1.0%。本方法分析准确,重复性好,操作简便快捷,避免了高毒性有机溶剂氯仿的使用,所用有机溶剂少,环境友好。Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with UV detection,the determination method for isofraxidin in grass coral tablet was improved. A method for traditional Chinese medicine con-tents determination based on solid phase extraction(SPE)technique was established. and the conditions of extraction,solid phase extraction pretreatment method and HPLC were optimized. At last,we conducted a method validation. The result showed that using solid phase extraction as the sample pretreatment for the compound grass coral tablet,the recovery of standard addition was 96. 1% ~ 101. 1% ,RSD was 1. 5% , the precisions in day and between days were 0. 9% and 1. 0% . The method with the advantages of accu-rate analysis,fast,economic,good reproducibility,and avoid the use of organic solvents chloroform with highly toxic which is good for the environment.
