骨盆多功能外固定架的研制与临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :研制一种骨盆多功能外固定架治疗最不稳定骨盆骨折脱位及髋部骨折脱位。方法 :采用三种不同的固定方法 ,治疗半侧骨盆骨折脱位、耻骨联合骨折分离及髋部骨折脱位。结果 :32例随访平均 1年 ,优良率达 6 0 %～90 % ,钉道感染 1例 ,骨圆钉松动 1例 ,无严重并发症。结论 :该外固定架操作简便 ,固定安全牢稳 ,减轻疼痛 ,便于搬动 ,护理方便 ,早期下床活动 。Objective: In order to treat pelvic and hip bone fracture and dislocation,the multifunctional external fixture were manufactured.Methods:The half pelvic fracture and dislocation,fracture and separation of pubic symphysis and hip bone fracture and dislocation were treated with three different methods.Results:The 32 cases were followed up for average of one year,the excellent rate is 60～90%,1 case is infectied,1 case is loosen,no grievous complieation.Conclusion:The operation of external fixture is simple,the fixture securing and firm,lenitive,easy to be fransfered expediently nurse,early movement,easy to popularize in hospital of grass roots.
