摘 要:为探明不同生态环境对浓香型烤烟成熟期黄酮类物质合成代谢的影响机制,采集广东、安徽和河南3个浓香型烤烟生产区对照品种(K326)和本地品种(广东NX232、安徽H240和河南Y10)成熟期中部烟叶,对黄酮类代谢途径关键基因(PAL、C4H、4CL、CHS、CHI)表达水平进行分析。结果表明,3个生态区本地品种与对照品种之间及3个生态区对照品种之间关键基因PAL、CHS和CHI表达强度和表达趋势差异较大。其中,PAL基因表达量在广东生态区最高,在河南生态区最低;CHS基因表达量在安徽和河南生态区相对较高,在广东生态区最低;CHI基因表达量在安徽生态区最高,在广州生态区最低。C4H和4CL的表达强度和表达趋势在3个生态区本地品种与对照品种之间及3个生态区对照品种之间差异相对较小。整体来看PAL、CHS和CHI 3个基因,尤其是CHI基因在3个生态区浓香型烤烟黄酮类物质形成中起关键作用。In order to elucidate the influence of different ecological environment on flavonoid biosynthesis,expression levels of flavonoid metabolism pathway genes(PAL,C4H,4CL,CHS and CHI) in tobacco leaves were analyzed from different ecological zones in mature stage.The results showed that the experssion levels and patterns of PAL,CHS and CHI genes changed significantly between native breed(Guangdong NX232,Anhui H240 and Henan Y10) and CK(K326) in the three ecological zones.The experssion level of PAL was the highest in Guangdong and the lowest in Henan;the experssion level of CHS was high in Anhui and Henan compared with that in Guangdong; the experssion level of CHI was the highest in Anhui and the lowest in Guangdong.The experssion levels and patterns of C4H and 4CL genes varied little.All together,the genes of PAL,CHS and CHI,especially the CHI gene might play a very important role in flavonoid biosynthesis.
