基于生态足迹模型的县域生态可持续研究——以河北省丰宁满族自治县为例

摘　　要：河北省丰宁满族自治县是河北省6个坝上县之一,其生态状况具有典型性,为了促进该地区的可持续发展,采用生态足迹模型对该县1999、2007、2010年3个年份的人均生态足迹、生态承载力等进行测算分析。结果表明,随着时间的推移,该县人均生态足迹和生态承载力均随年份的增加呈先增后减的趋势,人均生态足迹先由1999年的2.016 4hm2增至2007的3.057 5hm2,后降至2010年的2.606 9hm2;人均生态承载力先由1999年的2.271 1hm2增至2007的2.352 9hm2,后降至2010年的2.318 0hm2。该县仅1999年处于生态盈余状态,生态盈余量为0.254 7hm2;2007、2010年均处于生态赤字状态,分别为0.704 6、0.288 9hm2。该县近年来资源利用效益提高,万元GDP占用生态足迹由1999年的4.927 5hm2降至2010年的1.943 3hm2。另外,该县3个年份的生态足迹多样性指数呈递增趋势,分别为0.557 3、1.023 9、1.059 5;但生态经济系统发展能力不稳定,由1999年的1.124 0增至2007年的3.138 5,后降至2010年的2.761 9。Fengning Manchu autonomous county is one of six dam counties in Hebei province.This paper analyzed the change of ecological footprint and carrying capacity in this county in 1999,2007 and 2010 based on ecological footprint model.The results showed that the ecological footprint per capita and ecological carrying capacity per capita both increased at first then decreased.The ecological footprint per capita was 2.016 4 ha in 1999,3.057 5 in 2007 ha,and 2.606 9 ha in 2010; the ecological carrying capacity per capita was 2.271 1 ha in 1999,2.352 9 ha in 2007,and 2.318 0 ha in 2010.In this county,the ecological surplus was 0.254 7 ha in 1999,but the ecological deficits were 0.704 6 ha and 0.288 9 ha in 2007 and 2010,respectively; the utilization rate of resources increased,the ecological footprint per ten thousand yuan GDP reduced from 4.927 5 ha to 1.943 3 ha between 1999 and 2000;moreover,ecological footprint diversity index increased,which was 0.557 3 in 1999,1.023 9 in 2007,and 1.059 5 in 2010;the development ability of ecological economic system was instable,increased at first from 1.124 0 to 3.138 5 between 1999 and 2007 then decreased to 2.761 9 in 2010.
