摘  要:研究甲氨基阿维菌素在糙米、谷壳、水稻植株及土壤中的残留和在水稻植株、土壤及田水中的消解动态,评价其在水稻和土壤中的安全性,为该农药在水稻上的合理使用提供科学依据.采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器进行定量分析,甲氨基阿维菌素在糙米、谷壳、水稻植株、土壤及田水中的空白添加平均回收率为79.2%~101.8%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~10.4%.其最小检出量为1.0×10-11 g,在糙米、谷壳、植株、土壤及田水中的最低检测限分别为0.02、0.02、0.015、0.006、0.008 mg/kg.2011年和2012年在河南省、黑龙江省和江苏省三地进行的田间残留试验结果表明:甲氨基阿维菌素在水稻植株中的消解半衰期为0.5~0.9 d,在稻田土壤中的消解半衰期为2.9~6.4d,在水稻田水中的消解半衰期为1.1~3.3 d;其在糙米和谷壳中的最终残留量均≤0.02 mg/kg,在植株中的最终残留量均≤0.015mg/kg,在土壤中的最终残留量均≤0.006mg/kg,说明该药为低残留、易消解农药.采用甲氨基阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂防治稻纵卷叶螟,建议最高用药量为15 g/hm2,最多施药2次,安全间隔期为14 d.To assess the safety of abamectin-aminomethyl in rice and soil,residues of abamectinaminomethyl in husked rice,rice hulls,rice plant organs and soil,dissipation dynamics of abamectinaminomethyl in rice plant organs,soil and water,were studied under field conditions,so as to provide an important scientific basis for the rational use of the pesticide in rice field.The abamectin-aminomethyl was determined by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with ultraviolet detector(HPLC-UVD).The fortified recoveries in husked rice,rice hulls,rice plant organs,soil and water at 0.006-0.1 mg/L were 79.2 %-101.8 %,with the relative standard deviation of 1.7 %-10.4 %.The limit of detection of the analytical method was 1.0 × 10-11 g at a signal-to-noise ratio of three,and the limit of quantification was 0.02,0.02,0.015,0.006,0.008 mg/kg in husked rice,rice hulls,rice plant organs,soil and water,respectively.The dissipation dynamics and residues of abamectin-aminomethyl in the field trials in Henan,Heilongjiang and Jiangsu provinces were investigated in the years of 2011 and 2012.The results showed that the half-lives of abamectin-aminomethyl was 0.5-0.9 d in rice plant organs,2.9-6.4 d in soil,and 1.1-3.3 d in water.The final residues of abamectin-aminomethyl were ≤0.02 mg/kg in husked rice and rice hulls,≤0.015 mg/kg in rice plant organs,and ≤0.006 mg/kg in soil,respectively.Very low residues and short half-lives in husked rice,rice hulls,rice plant organs and soil suggest that abamectin-aminomethyl is an easily dissipated and low-residue pesticide,so it could be safely used in rice field when the dosage was below 15 g/ha,sprayed not be more than two times,with preharvest interval (PHI) of 14 d.
