摘　　要：以突尼斯软籽石榴为材料,研究了不同清水浸泡时间和GA3质量浓度对石榴种子发芽时间和发芽率的影响.结果表明：经100～800 mg/L GA3处理的石榴种子发芽时间比未经GA3处理的种子提前3～6 d.清水浸种2 d＋500 mg/L GA3处理组合,种子平均发芽率最高,达到9.9％,其次为清水浸种3 d＋500 mg/L GA3处理组合,发芽率为7.2％;清水浸种3 d＋100 mg/L GA3处理组合的平均发芽率为6.0％.总之,清水浸种2 d＋500 mg/L GA3处理石榴种子可以有效促进发芽.The effects of different GA3 concentrations and soaking time on seed germination rate and time of Tunisia soft-seed pomegranate were discussed.The results showed that the germination time of seeds treated with 100-800 mg/L GA3 was 3-6 d earlier than that without GA3.The germination rate of seeds treated with 500 mg/L GA3 after soaking for two days in water was highest with 9.9%,the germination rate of seeds treated with 500 mg/L GA3 after soaking in water for three days was second with 7.2%,and the germination rate of seeds treated with 100 mg/L GA3 after soaking for three days in water was 6.0 %.Overall,the best germinating treatment for Tunisia soft-seed pomegranate was soaking time of two days and GA3 concentration of 500 mg/L.
