摘　　要：介绍了软岩大型凹陷露天矿新水平开拓的基本方法及改进措施。说明了神华国能宝清煤电化有限公司露天矿基建期开拓的实施情况。利用基坑延深及以水仓为中心四周扩帮的开拓新方法,解决目前疏干排水困难、影响开拓延深的问题,改进的新开拓方法具有施工简便、经济合理、效率高的特点。This describes the basic methods of soft rock to open up a new level of large-scale opencast of depression and improvement measures.Indicating the states baoqing shenhua Limited implementation of clean coal technology to develop the infrastructure of the opencast,using a water pit deepening and expanding around the center position to help open up new ways to solve the water drainage problems affecting explore deepening problems,indicating that the improved method of construction is simple,economical,high efficiency characteristics.
