品管圈在化疗患者PICC护理改进中的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在提升化疗患者PICC(peripherally inserted central catheters,经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管)护理品质中的作用。方法:成立品管圈,确定以"提升PICC护理品质,确保化疗药物安全输入、减少并发症"为主题的活动。随机对活动前后两组共156例进行化疗的恶性血液病患者进行全面的调查分析,找出PICC在使用及护理过程中存在的问题及原因,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施。结果:开展品管圈活动后,化疗患者行PICC穿刺一次成功率由84.62%上升到96.15%;因PICC护理不当造成的静脉炎、导管堵塞以及感染等并发症也明显减少。结论:"品管圈"活动能有效地提高PICC护理水平,确保化疗药物的安全输入,值得推广。Objective：To explore the role of quality control circle （QCC）in improving the care quality of peripherally inserted central catheters in chemotherapy patients.Methods：We set up a team of quality con-trol circle,identified the theme of the project as＆quot;improving the quality of PICC nursing ,ensuring safe infu-sion of chemotherapeutic agents and reducing complications＆quot;.1 56 patients of hematological malignant disease administrated with chemotherapeutic agents were randomly divided into 2 groups for comprehensive investiga-tion and analysis.After problems were found out in the course of PICC nursing,we established and implemen-ted improvement measures.Results：During the progression of QCC,the ratio of successful puncture was in-creased from 84.62% to 96.1 5% in patients administrated with chemotherapeutic agents.The occurrence of complications was obviously decreased,such as phlebitis,catheter clogging and infection.Conclusion：It was obvious that the nursing level of peripherally inserted central catheters was improved by means of quality control circle,which secured infusion of chemotherapeutic agents.Therefore,the application of QCC deserves promotion.
