摘 要:对运行数十年的阳江35kV输电导线的老化状态和输电导线的断线的可能原因进行了分析。通过对输电导线的力学性能的测试、分析得出:输电导线表面有轻微的腐蚀,钢芯直径的变化对于导线的外径变化有直接的影响,服役多年的输电导线的外径增大了1.67%~4.24%;钢芯单股的拉断应力能达到标准中规定值的106%,伸长率也同样满足要求;但部分铝股的抗拉强度低于95%,其余的大部分铝股满足标准要求;老旧导线的绞线拉断力还能达到95%的计算拉断力,而老旧导线的抗拉强度与未服役导线相比将低了2%~18%。结果表明:运行的输电老旧导线的老化状态属于注意状态,应加强对线路的巡视与监测。To understand the aging state of Yangjiang 35 kV power transmission conductors after running for a decade, starting from the broken reason of the transmission conductors, the possible causes of the disconnection of the transmission conductors are analysed. Through the study of the mechanical properties of the transmission conductor of the test, it is analysed that the transmission conductors' surface has slight corrosion, the diameter changes of the steel core have direct influence on the changes in the outer diameter of the conductors, the diameters of them have increased by 1.67%-4.24%. Steel reinforced single strands of the tensile stress can reach the standard of 106 % of the specified value, and the elongation can also meet the requirements. The tensile strength of some aluminum strands of is less than 95% to the standard requirements, except that most of the rest of the aluminium strands meet the standard requirements. Tensile force of the wire of the old stranded wire can reach 95 % of the tensile force calculation. The old wire tensile strength compared with not served wire will be lower by 2% 18%. The results show that the old transmission conductors' aging state belongs to pay attention to the status of the wire. In the case of bad environment, which may lead to break off, the line operators should strengthen patrol and inspection on lines.
