摘  要:目的:探讨居室空气中甲醛AHMT分光光度法的实验室常规和实验室间分析质量控制。方法:空气中甲醛经固相吸附管采集,用淋洗液洗脱后按居住区大气中甲醛卫生检验标准方法(GB/T16129-1995)中AHMT分光光度法进行分析。结果:样品测定的精密度和准确度结果均位于均值-减差控制图和回收率控制图的上下控制限之间,统一发放标准溶液与本实验室自配标准溶液之间的差值<5%。结论:通过实施实验室分析质量控制程序,可了解测定过程中的误差来源及程度,采取相应措施纠正后甲醛测定结果可控制在允许的置信水平内。Purpose This paper will discuss indoor formaldehyde AHMT spectrophotometry routine laboratory test and inter-laboratory analytical quality control. Method Formaldehyde, collected by solid phase adsorption tube and eluted with eluent, analysis by AHMT spectrophotometry of Formaldehyde in air of residential areas health inspection standard method(GB/T16129-1995). Result The results of precision and accuracy are between the upper and lower control limits of the mean-range charts and recovery control charts. The difference between uniform standard solution and the laboratory standard solution is less than 5%. Conclusion Through the implementation of laboratory analytical quality control procedures, we can understand the process of measuring the degree of error sources and take appropriate measures to correct measurement results controlled within the allowable level of confidence.
