国内同城化典型案例对“绵江安北”同城发展的启示

摘　　要：绵阳是成渝经济区区域性中心城市,在成都平原城市群发展中担当重任。"绵江安北"作为西部新兴发展的城市群,是绵阳市域城镇的核心发展区、经济发展的主要增长极。国内同城化发展典型案例的成功经验对"绵江安北"同城化发展有着重要的启示——必须坚持科学规划为引领、产业融合为主导、资源共享为依托、市场主体为动力。"绵江安北"同城化发展应强化城市功能的合理布局、推进基础设施的一体建设、坚持产业联动的融合发展、加强公共服务的均等配置、推动城市管理的共治共享。Mianyang city,the regional center of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone,plays an important role in the development of Chengdu plain city group. In Mianyang City Development Zone, ＂ Mian Jiang An Bei＂,a new city group of Mianyang,Jiangyou,Anxian and Beichuan,is the core city and the main economic growth pole of the area. Enlightened by the development experience of other typical city group in China, ＂ Mian Jiang An Bei＂ can achieve rapid development by planning scientifically,integrating different enterprises,sharing resources,adhering to the subjectivity of the market system. It is also necessary to improve the scientific layout of a city,to complete an integrated construction of fundamental infrastructure,to seek a cooperation of different enterprises in development,to distribute public service reasonably and to achieve a co-management in city administration.
