从《体育事业发展“十二五”规划》看中国体育发展方向

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和对比分析法,对我国体育事业发展的"十一五"和"十二五"规划进行研究,重点分析两个规划过渡时期体育事业面临的体育强国、服务民生、体育法治、文化建设、体育产业等新问题。并从"十二五"规划的宏观环境分析入手,结合上述问题指出,"十二五"时期,我国体育事业的改革要朝着服务民生、完善体育公共服务体系、提高足球运动水平和发展有区域特色的体育产业等方向发展。Through the methods of document literature and comparative analysis,this paper researches the 11th and 12th five-plan of sports development,focused on the analyzing the problem of sports powerful country,servicing the public,sports governed by law,culture construction,sports industry,etc,which is excited in sports industry in the transition period of this two plan. From the macro environment of the 12th five-year plan,combined with the problem above,in the time of 12th five-plan period, the reformation of Chinese sports industry should be developed in the aspects of servicing the public,perfecting sports public service system,improving football-playing level and developing sports industry with regional feature.
