摘　　要：盖帽是中锋在篮球比赛中进行防守的核心技术之一,它对于完成个人防守和提高全队防守质量有着至关重要的作用,对于比赛结果有着很大的影响。应用文献资料法、逻辑分析法阐述了盖帽的三种基本方式,详细分析了中锋在分别防守对方中锋、前锋、后卫进攻时的盖帽技术和策略,从身体素质、盖帽意识、防守技术、规则学习等方面提出了提高中锋球员盖帽技术能力的训练建议。Block is one of the core defensive skills that centers carry out in basketball games.It plays an important role in the personal defense,but also helps a lot in improving the quality of the team defense,and it has a significant impact on the result of the game.Using the methods of document and logical analysis,this paper elaborates 3 basic block strategy in the basketball game,and analyzes the different block methods used by centers facing opponents of center,forward and defender.It aims to pro-viding references and suggestions for centers to improve their personal defense in physical quality,blocks,defense technology and rule learning.
