摘 要:为优化鸡骨草总黄酮提取工艺,以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用正交试验优化超声波法和乙醇回流法.结果表明:超声波法的最优提取工艺为超声波功率90 W,乙醇体积分数50%,料液比(g/mL)1︰40,提取时间20 min,此工艺条件下黄酮提取率为2.92%;乙醇回流法的最优提取工艺为温度80℃,料液比(g/mL)1︰30,乙醇体积分数60%,提取时间1 h,此工艺条件下黄酮提取率为3.12%.乙醇回流法的总黄酮提取率比超声波法略高,但耗时较长.To optimize the extraction total flavonoids as index by orthogo process of total flavonoids from Abrus cantoniensis, with the extraction rate of nal test, the conditions of extracting flavonoids were studied by ultrasonic- assisted method and ethanol refluxing method. The optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasonic power 90 W, ethanol concentration 50%, solid to liquid ratio 1:40, and extraction time 20rain. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 2.92%. The optimal ethanol refluxing extraction conditions were as follows: temperature 80℃, ethanol concentration 60%, solid to liquid ratio 1:30, and extraction time 1.0h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.12%. The extraction rate of total flavonoids by ethanol refluxing method was higer than ultrasonic-assisted method, but it took the long pretreatment time.
