摘　　要：目的　探讨肢 (指 )体多平面离断再植和功能康复的方法和疗效。方法　对 14例肢 (指 )体多平面离断者进行再植 ,在再植术前及术中进行了康复预防措施 ,术后进行系统功能康复 ,特别强调术后感觉再教育的重要性 ,治疗时间为 6个月。结果　平均随访时间 11个月 ,14例中 ,优 5例 ,良 6例 ,可 2例 ,优良率 78 6 %。结论　恰当地选择再植适应证、高质量地吻合血管是多平面离断肢 (指 )体再植成功的关键 ,重视术前和术中康复预防措施及术后功能锻炼是患肢 (指 )获得优良功能恢复的保障。Objective To explore replantation and functional recovery methods and clinical results of multi plane separated and broken limb or finger.Methods 14 cases of multi plane separated and broken limb(finger) replanted successfully were reviewed.Simultaneously,these patients were treated with integral rehabilitation program,which included preoperative and intraoperative protective measures as well as postoperative physical therapy,occupational therapy and sensory re education.The course of treatment lasted for 6 months.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The average period of follow up was 11 months.Among 14 cases,5 obtained excellent results,6 good and 2 fair.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Appropriate selection of replantation indication and accurate anastomosis of vessels are the key points for the achievement of good treatment results of multi plane separated and broken limb(finger).Properative and intraoperative protective measure of rehabilitation and postoperative functional exercises ensure good function recovery.
